HARPER WOODS, Mich. — Two of Metro Detroit’s top high school football programs are set to collide Friday night as undefeated Clarkston travels to Harper Woods for one of the most anticipated matchups of Week 8.

The Wolves enter the contest with a perfect 7–0 record, while the Pioneers stand at 6–1, riding a six-game winning streak.

With the MHSAA playoffs approaching, Friday’s showdown provides both programs with an opportunity to make a statement against another highly regarded opponent.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, October 16, at Harper Woods High School.

Clarkston Looking to Keep Its Perfect Season Alive

Clarkston has been one of Michigan’s most impressive teams throughout the 2026 season.
